Harewood Forest - Andover Wedding | Extended Gallery

Had an absolute banger of a time at Vikki and Phil’s punk rock wedding at Harewood Forest.

I’m not fussy about the type of weddings that I shoot. As long as my couples buy into the idea of opening up and being themselves I approach each day on its own merits. It really is a collaboration and although I need to be there with the camera - the most important thing is that you live your day and create those memories. Without that, then I’m just a big waste of space. Those memories are different every time and for every person. I have no preconceptions.

That said, it’s not often that I get to be on the dancefloor shouting lyrics to SUM41 songs with the groom… and it’s very much appreciated.

Vikki and Phil are both around my age and it turns out that we have an equal amount of nostalgia for that time around the early 2000’s where we all had skateboards, side fringes and enjoyed listening to Tom Delonge make dick jokes and sing about sexual relations with dogs. If you know you know.

Of course we’re all adults with jobs and families now but sometimes you just have to tear off your shirt at your wedding and pretend you’re Jack Black.
